Over nine years of international experience spanning talent acquisition, executive operations, governance, and human resources — across three countries and some of the most diverse working environments imaginable.

My career has followed an unusual path: from recruiting talent across 65+ countries, to managing operations for an executive board, to supporting a Chief of Staff, to owning HR operations. Each chapter built on the last, creating a perspective that connects people, processes, and organisational strategy.

I'm comfortable liaising with Finance on payroll data, preparing structured documentation for senior leadership, advising managers on people policy, and driving process improvements — all within complex, multicultural environments. Based in Frankfurt am Main, I bring structured execution, genuine care for people, and comfort with complexity to every challenge.
